About NextApex

NextApex Ltd ("NextApex", "we", "us") operates nextapex.co.uk, a UK track day discovery service. NextApex aggregates event listings from track day operators and lets you find, compare, and click through to book track days at UK circuits.

By using NextApex you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What NextApex does and doesn't do

NextApex is a discovery and aggregation service. We collect publicly available information about track day events — dates, venues, prices, booking links — and present it in one place to help you find events.

We do not sell track day bookings. When you click a booking link, you leave NextApex and go directly to the track day operator's own website. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that operator. NextApex is not a party to that contract and accepts no liability for it.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that prices, dates, availability, or booking links shown on NextApex are current at the moment you view them. Always verify details on the operator's own site before booking.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy NextApex content using automated tools without our written permission
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or technical measures on the service
• Use the service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair the NextApex infrastructure or the infrastructure of any operator we link to
• Use NextApex to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Impersonate NextApex or misrepresent your affiliation with NextApex

We reserve the right to block or restrict access for any use that we consider harmful or abusive.

Accuracy of listings

Track day event information on NextApex is gathered automatically from operator websites and may not always reflect real-time availability, pricing, or cancellations. NextApex provides this information as a convenience; it is not a guarantee of accuracy.

If you spot an error — a wrong price, an outdated booking link, a cancelled event still showing as active — please contact us at privacy@nextapex.co.uk and we will investigate.

Accounts

NextApex does not currently require user accounts. The optional email sign-up during the pre-launch period is solely for a one-time launch notification; it does not create an account.

If we introduce account features in future, these terms will be updated and you will be informed.

Intellectual property

The NextApex website, design, branding, and original written content are owned by NextApex Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Event listing content — event names, descriptions, pricing, images provided by operators — belongs to the respective track day operators. NextApex aggregates this content under fair use principles for the purpose of consumer discovery. If you are an operator and have concerns about how your content appears on NextApex, please contact us.

Limitation of liability

NextApex provides the service "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, about its fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextApex Ltd is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on listing information that turns out to be inaccurate or out of date
• Any loss arising from a booking made with a third-party operator
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss
• Any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party websites

NextApex contains links to third-party websites operated by track day operators and circuits. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any site you visit after leaving NextApex.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may change or discontinue any part of NextApex at any time, and we may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
